General membership meeting: 

Open to anyone living in manufactured housing on leased land in Delaware.

Time: Meeting begins promptly at 6:30 pm   

Location:  Angola Beach & Estates Clubhouse. Please note that there is a detour -- use Camp Arrowhead Road to get to Angola Beach Estates 

DMHOA needs Volunteers to join the Board

We urgently need to fill the following positions:

     - Director of Membership

     - Representatives for Kent, New Castle & Sussex counties

REMINDER: All members of an HOA that belong to DMHOA or anyone living in a manufactured home on leased land are welcome at the DMHOA general meeting. Should a member of an HOA that belongs to DMHOA wish to speak at a scheduled Board of Directors meeting, they need to email dmhoatreasurer@gmail.com to schedule.

DEMHRA, or the Delaware Manufactured Home Relocation Authority, is a state authority, whose purpose is directed by Delaware Title 25 Chapter 70.  They meet with Board members appointed by the various leaders of the State.
